Student Government

Holy Name of Jesus believes that there is a leader in every child and we provide students with numerous opportunities to develop and sharpen their skills. The primary vehicle for strengthening student leadership skills is through the Student Council. All middle school students grades 6th, 7th and 8th that model the school’s philosophy and values may seek membership in the Student Council. There are 10 positions including President, Vice- President, Secretary and Treasurer and 6 Commissioners ranging from Public Affairs to Ecology. All positions are determined by election from the student body.
